Fantastic and easy to set up.
Fantastic! I have now tested this product for 6 months and love how simple it is to use. It is very easy to set up and easy to add additional cameras if needed. I bought the two-camera kit, but have since added two more cameras. Everything is recorded to a memory card and can be viewed almost instantly via the app. The quality of the video is excellent, even in total darkness. I have one of the cameras set up at the bottom of the garden, pointing at the bird and squirrel feeder. I love it. The camera battery lasts for a few months and is quick to recharge using the provided USB cable. I would highly reccomend this item.

Great quality cameras
We've had a home cctv system for a number of years that had become outdated and the security company wanted at least £3k to replace it hence me searching for a cheaper and more reliable system. I did extensive research and Eufy cameras seemed to be the best. I have to say I've been very impressed with the whole set up. The cameras have great field of view which meant I didn't need as many and the images are HD quality. The homebase can be programmed to certain hours of the day or week so that the system doesn't keep triggering which is useful. When triggered, the cameras will make an audible alarm and, if at night, will switch on a light. I charged the cameras when I first received them and I've only just needed to charge them which is almost 2 months later and they've triggered a lot so battery life is great. To watch the cameras or review any recorded clips you need to download the app which is very easy to use. The only negative is that there can sometimes be a delay between a camera triggering and the app on your phone alerting you but that's not a show stopped for me, I think you need to expect that from any phone app based cctv system. Overall I'm really happy with this system, it's better than our previous home CCTV and was considerably cheaper, plus, you can add additional cameras if you ever need to.

Good for the money, but not brilliant
Had these for a couple of months now. Set up is easy, the picture quality is good and the functions are good. The downside. Doesn't always detect movement for some reason. I can walk from my front door and it doesn't always pick me up. There's a delay before recordings start, so the first few seconds are missing. It doesn't always follow on with recording either, so it'll record movement but then stops recording even though the person is still in view. It's adequate for my needs but if you have a need for total cctv cover then there's better, more expensive, systems out there. If you can respond to the alerts straight away, then there is a function to override the auto recording timed limit and record all that happens, so it's still a decent bit of kit.

Very happy & would recommend Eufy Cameras.
I've waited a two to three months before leaving a review so that I could accurately describe the performance of the product. Setup was easy and when 1 of the 4 cameras wouldn't sync, I contacted Eufy Support, yes they are in China and yes support times mean UK roughly 6am to 1pm, BUT the team spoke perfect English and replaced my faulty camera (that probably got damaged in transit) very quickly, in fact as soon as I emailed them a proof of posting it to their returns dept in the UK, so before they even got the actual damaged one back. Onto the 4 cameras, purchased because our neighbours door bell camera failed to pick up a suspicious vehicle one night in our quiet close. Cameras were all partly charged to get to full charge, was no more than an hour or two. - We're using the Ethernet cable setup to the router. We tried the "standard" working mode but this kept losing connection to the Homebase. Once we changed to "Beta" it became a lot more stable. Property is large 5 bed BT wifi with two additional discs. Homebase has performed well throughout and all cameras have reasonable wifi signal. Ideally I may consider a 5th camera to add to the Homebase. - Positioning, follow instruction manual 8 to 10 foot high (3 to 3.5 metres) whilst you think positioning higher may prevent theft as the cameras could be removed, they wont pick up movement. I know this as I set one of our cameras too high up. Now for the good bit, we have 4 cameras, 3 at the front and one at the back. -Recording, yes there does seem to be a slight delay before the camera picks up, perhaps quickened by hard wiring to a 240v plug, I don't know BUT there is a way around this to catch everything. Imagine the front of your house as a clock face, if you position cameras at 4 o'clock angled towards 10; 6 o'clock facing straight towards 12 and 8 o'clock angled towards 2, you'll catch everything. On a good day cameras will trigger if movement occurs 25 to 30 metres away, so handy to log any suspicious vehicles coming down the road. - Individual cameras, we set to Motion Detection 7 (highest capacity) with all detection 24/7 so not just human and Battery in Power Manager to Optimal Surveillance though this does start to drain the battery so changed to Optimal battery power which will record for up to 20 seconds which does improve battery life. On stormy days very strong wind or rain can keep triggering the camera if exposed to the wind direction. To get around this during the stormy weather, simply lower the detection level. -Battery Life, 3 months in I recharged the main porch camera once it dropped to 27%. The other 2 front cameras are still at 43% and 47%. The rear garden camera, least used, is still at 78%. - Overall summary, day vision and night vision (have only tried black & white is very good) Haven't bothered integrating with Alexa and have Android phone so can't speak for Apple. Microphone is good as is facility to tell delivery driver where to leave a parcel. Lastly found no benefit in keeping "Activity Zones" as we think they affected the camera performance. Privacy Zones - we haven't set up either. Yes it does mean the cameras do pick up a proportion of neighbours comings and goings, but similarly will pick up any dodgy comings and goings.

Great quality and easy to use and clean install.
Having had 2 previous wired systems one being a 5MP Swann camera system I thought I would give these a try, so as a test I brought this 2 camera system whilst on offer. This was because I was looking at extending my wired system but putting new cables in would be messy. I needed complete flexibility so from the description on Amazon and other reviews these would give me what I needed. Very decent looking equipment. Easy to set up and the picture quality is amazing on my iPhone X It’s far better than my 5MP camera system. Super clear and when zoomed in the picture stays sharp with no degradation of quality. I use the 16gb HomeBase unit storage. I do not use the cloud facility due to the ongoing cost. Tonnes of functions to fiddle with so able to have both IR black and white videos and nighttime colour too. Set up was easy. I am lucky to have 380mps Wi-Fi so doesn’t struggle with connection at all. The 2 units in the photos were put in the black cases purchased with a larger black mounting bracket too. I did this purely because the brickwork had six previous drilled holes with two previous cameras fitted. Because of the number of holes and the very small bracket that Eufy supply with the cameras I decided to have a larger mounting bracket which covered almost all of the holes up to make it look a bit tidier if not I would’ve left them as the white camera and the original small bracket. Have purchased a further 9 different Eufy cameras including the wired door bell and 4 indoor pan and tilt cameras. At the moment I have 6 cameras connected and working. One being 70 feet away from the router with no connection problems. I have had a few problems with the wired doorbell only with false alarms and the motion zone. I’ve ended up not being able to resolve this so I have the settings saved where I receive more notifications than I should do, if not the camera doesn’t record all human activity. I have communicated by both email and phone with Eufy technical support. Emails are a little bit slow to be resolved however technical always seems to have someone to talk to with a 50-50 chance that the person is technical and not just picking up the phone to pass on the information to the back room as they call it. It’s still acceptable to use and gives fantastic videos and captures everything happening. I’ve had the system now for almost a month and I am still very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone and will be possibly buying more cameras as it’s a fantastic system and very addictive 😊

Good product, quality is good as well. I can recommend this.
I purchased the "eufy Security eufyCam 2C Pro 4-Cam Kit" so it comes with multiple (4x) cameras, all 4x camera are of good quality and solid built, they all work well and linked to the home unit with no issue at all. I have one outside the porch, one on the drive and two more pointing to the back garden, all working really well and maintain solid connection to the home unit which is right next to my main door. The Pro kit comes with 2k camera so the video quality is definitely better than the standard 1080p, also the night vision is pretty clear. You have the option to turn on the little LED light below the camera lens on each of the camera unit, it helps to put some colours in the video but obviously not as good as if you have your spot lights on, but it definitely help and I think it is good enough for me as long as the camera is not set too high up as otherwise the LED will not be strong enough to throw light onto the ground or to the end of your garden. Overall, I am very happy with the product, I have had it set up externally for just over couple of months, the batteries are still around 30-40% remaining, so they do last quite a bit per charge. I live on a quiet-ish road so the cameras don't get triggered all the time to drain the power, but even if you live on a busy road, inside the setting you could change the sensitivity of the camera on motion so the camera will not be triggered all the time when someone walk past close to your camera, just make sure the camera is point to exactly where you want to see things, and within the setting you could fine turn exactly which corner you would like the camera to trigger when it senses movement. My cameras have been outside the house exposed to directly daylight and rain for over 2 months already, the camera casings are still super white and there is no discolour whatsoever at the moment, hopefully it will stay this way for the rest of its life. If you are going to use these cameras inside of your house then I would expect them to last a lot longer. By the way, when you have the cameras set up, when any of them camera picked up movement it will automatically send a notification to your device (mobile/tablet), and you could even set it to ring a warning chime from the camera as well as the home unit inside of your house, I find this feature very useful. There are different settings within the Apps, you could choose "at home" mode, "away" mode as well as other modes which are pre-set, very useful. I can definitely recommend this product. Hope you will find this useful.

Good at all the worst things.. Bad at what you need.
Likes, 1) It looks nice and feels like a premium product 2) Super easy to install, putting up the cameras and setting up the software and pairing the cameras with the station can be done in less than 30mins, (after charging) 3) the auto setting to turn the security on or off with the location of your phone is nice (but funny when you leave and your missus is still home and the cameras start sounding alarms! Lol) Dilikes, 1) if you have a camera pointing at say the front door, and people are cars pass often, the battery lasts about 1 week.. 2) the active zone means nothing, you set a zone so that if things only move in that area then it records.. Nah, still records all the cars passing 3) The Human AI setting is rubbish, meant to record only if it detects a person, but it still picks up the cars passing a bit, and because the camera is higher up (out of reach), looking more down on people it doesn't work well.. 4) I think the motion sensor i think is an actual sensor (some cameras do it with software that detects changes in pixels on the screen). But these seem to use a physical sensor, and it's range is rubbish! pointing a camera down the drive it only activates once you are halfway up the drive.. 5) The motion detection is slow meaning when the milkman comes up the drive, he gets half way up before the sensor picks him up, then it's slow to react, meaning he has walked out of frame before the camera starts recording, so all we get is him walking down the drive.. If this was a burglar or vandle it would be less than useless. Something to Note, 1) the WiFi is OK but not great, it's not the biggest of issues but just letting people know incase you have a big distence to cover and maybe lots of thick walls. 2) the mounts are good enough, but you can't alter the angles too great, but the cameras do have quite a nice angle on them. all in all they are probably best used as monitoring cameras. Keep an eye on the dog or maybe an elderly relative, but there are cheaper alternatives than this. an actual proper Cctv system with wires to the cameras is the best option but most have terrible software and apps, so get a pro to install and set them up! Worth it in the long run
