The information is organized well. After taking the exam, my largest critique of the book is that it is quite out of date. Being published in 2016, it appears that the focus of the exam has shifted. Most noticeably is the change from a focus on refrigerants to water processes. I passed the exam and appreciate some insights provided by the book, but I would attribute my previous knowledge and work experience as providing a lot of help.
