Found cheaper, which <20$ and ordered for my Zinus 9-inch Mattress. It was easy for me to compress the mattresses to carry them easily. You need patience and support from another adult. The key is how you are helping your vacuum cleaner to suck all of the air inside. I rolled and jumped on the mattress to make it thinner. It took 20 minutes with one interval for the whole process. I agree that the straps, which are included, are not that durable, but you can rely if you happen to make them thinner as I did.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had to wait a full two weeks for my moving container to arrive.Of course, I made sure to compress my latex mattress properly, just like they showed in the video.To protect it from other sharp items, I wrapped it in a blanket and then covered it again using the moving wrap I got from Home Depot.I was especially careful because I was worried that if the mattress expanded during transit, it might damage the other items.In the end, it was a total success!My mattress stayed perfectly compressed the whole time.My latex mattress is quite thick and queen-sized, but I went with a king-sized compression bag—and it worked perfectly.

I used it for my move to compress a king size foam mattress. It took about 40', with some breaks on a regular canister vacuum. I then rolled it up into a king size burrito. I was worried it would not keep the vacuum, so I only compressed my mattress the morning of the move. What a difference it makes. It most likely needs two people to maneuver properly, but it makes everything just that much easier. Space on the truck? Much less. Stacking on top? No issue. Moveable on a dolly by a single person? Check. Fits in the elevator easily? Absolutely!It is a recommended product, it retained vacuum throughout the entire day and the mattress came out just the same on the other side of it. I only used it for the one move, and I think it has already made it a good purchase. If it gets me through a 2nd, even better!The one thing I should note for future buyers is to be aware that the straps provided are not going to hold. They will break at the metal loops, the flimsy stitching on the velcro (ahem, I meant: "loop and hook material"); they all failed at different spots. They are not meant to serve as handles to move the matress around. Get some ratchet tie-downs to make sure your mattress burrito has somewhere to grab it from, it will be worth it.

The bag is sturdy and the directions were easy to follow. Took about 8 minutes to vacuum down a full size mattress. Make sure to screw the cap tightly onto the valve otherwise air will leak out. I had one person help me roll it up and secure the straps, one of which the plastic buckle broke from pulling on, but it stayed rolled up. I highly recommend this!

I read many positive and negative reviews before purchasing this item. Once I received it, I had to vacuum my king-size memory foam mattress, which I needed to return. It was challenging to manage, even with a pickup or van, but using the vacuum bag made it smaller and easier to handle.Unfortunately, the product itself is of very poor quality. The plastic zipper is incredibly stiff and difficult to seal. I had to slide the zipper back and forth numerous times, and the worst part was when I attempted to vacuum the air out of the bag. Wrinkles appeared and worsened the longer the vacuum was on. When I tried to roll the mattress, the plastic on the wrinkles started cracking due to the force needed.The plastic should be softer, thicker, and stronger. I wasn't able to finish rolling the mattress and had to abandon the bag. I will be trying to return this unfortunate item.I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Please read the one or two-star comments, as most of them are accurate about this product. If you don't want to put yourself in trouble, look for a better quality item. The idea is good and it can work, but the plastic needs significant improvement.Thank you,Arek

I was hesitant buying this since it was more expensive than other options but I'm glad I did! I have a queen-sized 2" thick memory foam/gel mattress topper that I use on a convertible sofa to turn it into a bed when I have guests. Super comfy but the mattress topper is a PAIN to pack up and store. I wasted $$ on other vacuum bags that were too small or fragile- even if I did manage to get the topper back into my storage closet it would puff back up. Finally got this one and it works great! I lay the topper in flat and roll it as the air gets sucked out, then the straps ensure everything is cinched (and make it easier to carry). It really does compress quite well. I've lugged it to and from storage ~7x over the past year and it's always stayed compact the entire time! The zip lock bar can be a bit tricky since I lost the sliders, but turns out pressing it with the rounded side of a spoon works just as well. Even if this thing breaks down the line I'd probably get another since I've gotten a lot of use out of it and it has been SO much better than the other options.

I want to leave a review about this vacuum storage bag. At first, it seemed like a good product — large enough, the mattress fit inside without any issues. We vacuumed the air out, rolled it up, and strapped it. But the next morning, when we were loading it into the car, it started inflating again. We vacuumed the air out once more, but the same thing happened. Overall, the bag is not reliable. Also, the material itself is quite thin — maybe it tore when we rolled it up, or maybe it was something else… Either way, I’m disappointed.

This queen-size mattress vacuum bag is absolutely amazing! I was able to compress and roll my mattress completely on my own—no help needed. The bag sealed tightly with zero leaks, and it stayed super quiet during the vacuum process. Once compressed, the mattress looked just like it did when I first received it. It’s sturdy, reliable, and made moving so much easier. Highly recommend if you’re downsizing, moving, or storing a mattress!
