THE BEST XBOX SERIES X|S HEADSET
One of the best headset for Xbox Series X|S. Been using it for couple of months and it connects simultaneously with your mobile via Bluetooth also. The game sounds gets faded when you receive a phone call which is good. It's light weight and good for long hours of gaming. Voice is crystal clear while on online gaming.

Warranty is not covered in India. Headset stopped working and complete waste of money.
Headset stopped working in 7-8 months and SteelSeries is saying warranty is not covered in India.Amazon and Apparrio are doing False Advertisement claiming 2 year warranty and selling illegal products as per Right to Repair Law.Please DO NOT PURCHASE SteelSeries headsets in India. They have really bad Quality Control. Product will go bad and no way to use warranty.

Headset stopped working within 45 days of purchase
Bought a SteelSeries Arctis 9X Wireless Gaming Headset.Product worked fine for a little over a month after which it just does not power on, i have tried everything from changing the power cable to a hardware reset and leaving it on charge 30 minutes.Device still doesn't power upVery poor experience for such an expensive headset.Edit1: i have reached out to the distributor and have been told a replacement may take sometime as the 'headset is currently unavailable' - strange given that it is available for fresh sale

This is a most horrible headset
It's HORRIBLE!!! Don't buy it.Sound quality is bad, build quality is bad... and it's expensive. The Microsoft headset at half the price is probably a better deal.

Awesome for Xbox Series X gaming
Really good build and finish, good fit atleast for me, great for Xbox series X. Little disappointed with battery life, I am only getting close to 12-14 hours. I really like the feature where you can switch on the Xbox SX from headphone alone. It also automatically switches off as soon as you shutdown the console.
