I'm happy as the mount was better than I had expected. After reading through the other reviews I thought it would be helpful to chime in here.This is an inexpensive version of a much more expensive mount. Personally, I always had a hard time spending $100+ on a good mount. When I came across this one, I decided to give it a shot and see what happens.Upon opening the box from Amazon, I received the very common/typical manufacturer grade packaging. This packing is also very common for products made in China. The packaging is not designed to be sitting on a store shelf looking pretty. Inside of the box is just the mount, which I believe was in a clear plastic bag. There were no instructions included. A quick search on YouTube and I was able to uncover multiple videos of this mount, and the various ways it can be installed.The finish on mine is great. No issues whatsoever. No misspellings. No blems in the finish.My rings have a perfect snug fit on Vortex scope. I did remove the inserts and inspect them, and they reinstalled easily. My scope did not rotate while shooting.The mount itself is very adjustable. Right out of the box, I installed the mount onto the rifle, and there was slop in the fit. It rattled a little bit. The tensioners are adjustable. There are 2 spring loaded nuts that I had to tighten 1.5 turns. Now it's perfect. It's very tight, but not so tight that I can't remove it without tools. I really like the design of the locking mechanisms. It's simple, effective, and easy to lock/unlock. Once locked in place, the mount doesn't budge.Mine held zero throughout 200 Rds. I then removed it, and reinstalled it, and went through another magazine, and it held zero.I have not owned it for very long, but my initial impressions are good. I really like the mount, and I really like the price.

Well made, fairly light-weight, I particularly like the rail locking/release system. However, the rings were unexpectedly complex, and had to be about 60% removed before I could mount my optic. The procedure went like this - loosen the bottom screws and remove the ring halves on the opposite side. If needed, attach the plastic 1" shims to 1" scope tube (if 30mm tube, you can skip this step) and place against the side with screws, line up the bottom screws and tighten about 4 turns, then repeat on remaining ring. Insert the remaining 4 ring screws into the top holes and slowly tighten until 3-4 threads are in. Now begin the final assembly - alternate tightening between front and rear rings and bottom and top screws, until no more than 25"lbs of torque reached.This mount was a genuine, time-consuming PITA - which is WHY I rated it at a 4 instead of 5 - but the finished product looks good and works good. If you have nothing but time to spend, the procedure probably won't be a deal breaking irritant.

I like the price of "tha green blob" lol...it looks great, the latches are easy to push and it looks like a well made product...if you need to adjust the tightness of the latches...the nuts are recessed into the mount so don't use a screwdriver to adjust...just push the nut mount in to turn then turn when it pops up (the nut)

not for my rpr 20 Moa rail. durable but slightly loose on rail

Mount was pretty solid. Have enough height to use on my AR22. It locks on tight and nothing moves when installed.

This mount seemed well built until I mounted it. It is so far out of spec it appears the designers just guessed on the measurements of a mil spec upper picatinny rail. The ability to adjust the tension doesn't exist. It's not even worth selling to the airsoft crowd.

with the extended rail I put the 30 mm mount on my bolt rifle well made mounts for the money.

My scope wouldn't keep zero with this mount. I had to upgrade and switch to an aero mount. It's solid construction maybe with a bunch of adjunnets it would work better but the QD levers would pop open every few shots and I adjusted them at least 5 times to no avail
