I received my new pocketbook they said they would replace because of the stitches that was coming loose. Thank you for honing what you said you would do.

The only thing so far just opening the package I got cut on the M gold plate attached with the purse. They never fully cut out the M and left shards of metal attached. Also missing the straps for the clutch purse and small bag.

This purse was a used product! I know this because there was a toothpick, lipbalm, and $1 bill. What a joke!

I love that this bag is big enough to fit all the essentials! I can keep everything so much more organized and find them quickly. I'm glad I found this! Great for the price.

I love it in got this as a birthday gift and it is great. I use the large one as a diaper bag and the small ones for myself I need the whole collection now lol.
