I have checked out several different kinds of tactical pens and the issue that I always run into is that most are a little too thick and bulky. They are great as a defensive tool, but as a pen, they are a bit clunky to hold and write with ... but this pen is not only very sturdy and well built, but is the perfect size (like a normal pen) to write with comfortably! 5.11 has done it again and I am a customer for life!
