For 2 months, we enjoyed our vacuum. Then, it would no longer charge or work. When I reached out to the company, they had more than one agent contact me, to resolve the issue. It is good to see a company work so hard to satisfy customers.

I purchased this vacuum under the name Moosoo in December of 2021. The floor unit quit working two weeks ago and I have been trying to get some help every since. There is supposedly a one year warranty and I can show on their site that this is the case and the purchase date. However, I can't get any help. I tried purchasing a 23Kpa from Walmart to tie me over until I could get this one fixed, but even though it had the name numbers on it, it was all plastic and so cheaply made it was sad. The second time I started it, the brush wouldn't turn at all and I had to return it. No matter what name you see on this vacuum, stay away. The quality and backing are a disaster. by the way.......I cleaned the filter every day and washed it every two weeks.

Got this as a present for my (89 y-o) grandma and she loves it. It is super light and isn’t a hassle to charge and set up either. The LEDs at the bottom help her pick up smaller debris more easily. I am currently ordering one for my mom.

I had bought this vacuum and it does work great but Haven’t used it longer than 6 months, they only provide 2 filters and the company doesn’t make parts or filters for this particular vacuum anymore. Now my vacuum is unusable because I no longer have parts for it to function such as the filters. Maybe buy a known brand so that you can get better costumer service.

Seriously heed my warning.I have an almost identical vacuum from the same vendor. I bought it in December 2020. This vacuum was great out of the box but quickly became just okay and honestly later more of a pain than anything. Now, 10 months later it doesn’t even turn on or charge using chargers that I have for other devices that I’m sure work. They’ve deleted the listing so that I can’t leave a verified review telling other people how they are ripping customers off.This vacuum will impress you right out of the box, but be prepared for maybe a month of cleaning power. To be quite honest with you, I don’t even vacuum as much as I should with mostly hard floors, so this vacuum would probably completely die for the average cleaner in less time than it did for me.Now, less than a year later I’m shopping for another vacuum.
