Love this. Had been suffering from a bit of impaction for weeks. The ear would go completely silent if I touched the ear as well due to the build up being so extensive. Got so annoyed I purchased this to see if it'll clear. That night, I sprayed it into my ear and laid down to sleep. You can hear it fizzing, fuzzing and moving. After a while I hear a lovely pop and I roll my head over. Everything can running out the ear and I could feel something moving about when I rocked my head. The impaction was loose! I ran out the room and gave a pair of tweezers to someone and showed them my ear. They could see it, they pulled the largest chunk of wax out of my ear I've ever seen. Photos on Facebook and Instagram loved it. Ears been fine ever since! Will keep, and use again in future!

I went to my doctors and he said you have a wax build up in your ears so l bought this product followed the instructions till it was used upBeen to the doctors today my ears are still the same as before blocked!So l wasted £13 odd on a product that didn’t work!What can I say?

Works perfect for me. Crackly, crunchy noise inside ear stopped after about half an hour after using. Needed to use 4/5 days later, noise away again and hasn't returned since.
