Actually helped with my small fiber neuropathy. While it didn’t totally eliminate pain in my feet, it did allow me to once again rest bedsheets on my feet without triggering stabbing pain. A little goes a long way, which is great from a value for money perspective. Simple and quick to apply.

Wow, this stuff is great! My son brought home a sample from this PT and I loved the smell of it for a pain relief creme, so I ordered some. It has a pleasant warming smell, unlike others. It works great and lasts several hours. I will be replacing all of the other brands that I use with RockSauce. It is expensive, but I bought the 12 oz bottle and it will last a long time because you do not have to use much.

Updated: Ok to get the roll-on to work, gently shake the bottle downward, then with the roller against your body squeeze the bottle gently and some pain cream will come out of the bottle and the roller will not pop out of the bottle because your body will hold it in place. The stuff does block pain when it comes out of the roller bottle. The thick cream does not come out around the roller. I am not sure why there are any good reviews of the roller bottle. Maybe the cream is good, but the roller is crap. The pain cream does have capsicum in it that does work for pain if one can get it out of the roller. Who knows, maybe some of the rollers work. The one I have does not. I think it could be a good idea when it works, but you are just taking your chances with Amazon. I texted customer service and they did help this time. I will buy this again. This cream is awesome! It was used on me in physical therapy. It went deep into my muscle instead of staying on body surface. I like it so much I asked "Santa" to give it to me for Christmas.

I was introduced to this by a massage therapist. For years I have used Biofreeze, which is a great product. However, Rocksauce takes it to a whole different level. I has helped relieve pain on my knees shoulder and back. It does have a strong odor but I can tolerate it for the relief. Keep this away from sensitive areas such as the eyes and privates!

I work at Tyson foods they use it I hurt my trapezoid muscle and neck and the nurse put rock sauce on it and man it all stopped hurting with in 10 minutes awesome stuff

This is a roll on version of the lotion. I bought it because I couldn’t afford the lotion version. It works ok but not nearly as good as the lotion. And it doesn’t last more than a few minutes. I highly recommend buying the lotion version if you want relief from your pain.
