I love this stuff, it's the perfect gentle scrub, has a very gentle barely noticeable smell, and never bothers my somewhat sensitive skin. I hate these containers tho and really wish companies would modernize these product wasting traps. Because I'm cheap, once it gets hard to get any out, I cut the top half off and use it as a lid for the bottom half for another week or two which is how much product is in there...imagine if you just throw it away!?

I have acne-prone skin, so finding an exfoliator that’s both effective and gentle has been a challenge, until I tried the Differin Daily Brightening Exfoliator. The formula is mild enough for daily use but still does an amazing job at smoothing my skin and improving its overall tone and texture. The scrub has a creamy consistency with fine exfoliating beads that don’t feel harsh or irritating. After using it for a couple of weeks, I’ve noticed my skin looking brighter and more even, with fewer breakouts. It doesn’t dry out my skin either, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for a daily exfoliator that won’t aggravate acne, this is a great option!

My doctor suggested I switch to the Differin skincare line due to hormonal acne and melasma. Unfortunately I did not realize the exfoliating agent for this face wash are tiny blue pieces of micro plastic. The face wash is gentle but cleansing and does not have an offensive scent but such a bummer that tiny pieces of plastics are exfoliating / penetrating your skin and then washing down your drain. This cleanser didn’t cause me to severely break out from the change but definitely will NOT purchase again unless manufacturer changes the exfoliant agent. Such a bummer because I do like the cleanser but can’t get past the fact these pieces of plastic are literally leaving my shower to leech into the ground water. 👎🏼

I tried this product out of curiosity since I was looking for a new cleanser. For context, I have sensitive, oily skin and also acne rosacea, so I did not have too much hope that this would work. Despite my worries, this product worked insanely well. I love the cooling effect it has but make sure to wet your face before. This product is definitely one of my favorites from differin and I totally recommend buying if you have the same skin type as me!!
