Worth the effort to use! Excellent problem prevention!!
I have to wholeheartedly recommend this crevice tool for vacuum hoses. In essence, this is just a cheap tube that you insert into the hose of your vacuum. For me, I had to force it in, but it did ultimately fit. I worked it into the lint filter opening of my dryer, after removing the lint screen. I am hyper-vigilant in clearing out that screen, but I always worry about a build up of lint inside the machine. As I worked with it, I could hear "clumps" of lint going into the crevice tool. At one point, I had to cut off the vacuum because so much went in that it clogged the narrow opening of the attachment! I removed it from the vacuum and had to use a blunt tool to loosen the clog and knock out the rest. Immediately, I emptied the canister of my machine, and there was a good deal of lint. I know that it was not carpet dust that had been there before, because it all had a very strong perfume smell of detergent and softener. To be sure that all the dryer lint was removed from the attachment, I carefully ran water through and stood it upside down overnight to drip dry. I ordered this thinking I was just taking a gamble on something that probably would not work at all, and to my delight it works perfectly. I am going to use it repeatedly until I am certain that no clogs remain, and then I'll switch to general maintenance. Most definitely recommended!

Works great with patience and ingenuity
I own a Dyson (Animal I believe) and a LT Washer & Dryer. I clean my lint trap after every load but I still ended up with a ton of lint in the trap. My Dyson's tools were too large to fit into the slot. I tried another, similar tool to this one, but it didn't work. This one did but it wasn't just a plug-and-play solution. First, it does NOT fit the Dyson directly. Instead I put the Dyson's crevice tool on and slid this over the top. The fit is loose as it does not go down the crevice tool very far - but you don't want it too! Once I turned the vacuum on, I put my hand around the Dyson crevice tool just at the base of this one (to seal the gaps between the two tools). Do not be tempted to tape the tools together as you will need to pull them apart frequently. Patience is the rule of law if you're purchasing this because, like me, you noticed that the area just below the lint trap was FULL of lint. This tool is narrow, as is the opening so it will clog often. When it did, I just pulled it off the Dyson crevice tool & reversed it allowing the Dyson tool to suck the stuck link out of the narrow opening of this tool (I hope that makes sense). Upon realizing just how much lint was down there, I quickly removed this tool from the Dyson and used it by itself to scrap the larger masses that were stuck inside. Then I resumed using it connected to the Dyson to remove what was left. It took me at least 30 minutes or more in the first cleaning but I had never before vacuumed under the lint trap in the 4 years I've owned my dryer. Since doing that initial cleaning, I now use this tool about once a month (which is probably overkill). It only takes a minute or so now and it doesn't clog as long since I no longer allow lint to build up.

Perfect for tight spaces!
I don't get the hate on this product. Does it clog up easily? Of course it does, look how narrow it is! But it has to be that narrow to fit under your fridge! So I used it for a bit, pull out any large chunks stuck in the mouth of it, and then put it back to work. People, RELAX, it's not that big of a deal, and it's not going to kill your vacuum, especially because you're only going to run it for a few minutes. Also, it's well-made. Not until I got it did I realize it also has a hole on the flat side near the mouth - this is perfect for also getting dirt on the floor or underside of what you're vacuuming under.

DON'T BUY!!!!!!!!
I first used this tool down my dryer vent. I thought it worked. Nope! The next time was when I was cleaning the coils under my refrigerator to ensure longer life for my frig. The end is flat, which makes it great to get to the spots you need to get to BUT the hole is too small to suction lint & dust bunnies . It gets stopped up at the first suction! Absolutely no good to me!!! I am pretty good at "rigging" & feel I can put something together that will do a much better job, well...at least do the job! This product does nothing for lint!!!! If you just have some dirt and not lint, it will probably be fine. My main concern is to keep my refrigerator coils clean & keep the lint out of the dryer vent. So, this product is a bummer!!! Don't waste your money!!!!!

Frustrating tool
What I wanted it for is not how it goes...it's a decent tool for the purpose, which is why I gave it 3 stars. It came curved. It never straightened itself back out - can't bend it either. It is incredibly LONG, but fits well on the end of my shop-vac. I got it for sucking the lint trap on the dryer; it's a front facing kind that has a lint trap in such an inane place up front. The tool will grab basic lint and picks up fallout nicely around the dryer on the floor and off the bottom ridge of the dryer door. However, it is a cumbersome pain in the arse to get it below the basic area of the vent; to mean going further down into the bottom of the dryer as it will not really suck up the loose fallen lint. The mouth piece of it is too narrow/thick to do any real good, the angle is of it is somewhat "okay" but it's not the best direction for dryer lint removal. I have a strong shop-vac but the curve in this thing, I think hinders it's sucking lint up - basic dust/dirt sure. So, I fight to keep it straight and will probably just give it to Goodwill at some point as to return it would be more than what I paid for it and I'm just not in the mood.

24 Inch Deluxe Flexible Corner and Crevice Tool
I bought this specifically to clean the coils under my Whirlpool refrigerator and it worked like a champ. Fitting it to the hose of my Hoover canister vacuum, required the removal of the suction control ring on the vacuum's handle. You need about 2-1/2" to 3" of nozzle length to fit the tapered opening of the tool. I could also have cut about 1/2" off the opening of the tool to achieve a good fit. Keeping this in mind, I'm sure it would fit a wide variety of vacuum cleaners. One thing that works particularly well, is the side opening at the tip of the tool. In addition to the opening in the end, there is an oval opening (1/2" x 1-1/2") on the side of the tip that works to suck out the debris lodged in the coils. Overall, the tool is ~25" long, and the flattened, rectangular (9/16" x 1-1/4") portion is ~21" long. Because of statements made in some of the reviews and my own fumbling with fitting this to my vacuum, I measured the internal diameter of the attachment opening. The initial opening diameter is 1.35" with a slight taper to 1.33" about 1-3/8" in to a shoulder stop. At this point, the diameter drops to 1.25" and tapers to 1.18" over the next 1-1/2". For this reason, if you have a standard 1-1/4" vacuum nozzle and are having trouble getting a snug fit, just cut a half inch or so off the attachment to get your nozzle further in to the tapered section.

Cheaply made, but does barely get the job done
as mentioned in other reviews, great idea, terrible design and delivery. The narrow hose that composes most of it is made of "not so flexible" plastic. I could kinda understand if it was made of some kind of flexible silicone hose, or a rubber plastic of some kind, but this stuff actually broke after only 2 uses. I cleaned the dryer once, it worked well enough, clogged more than a few times and I used a wire hanger to poke the lint through the hose, but when I tried to clean the other side of the dryer(which was quite a bit more narrow, it snapped off halfway through the job and I nearly had to dismantle the dryer trying to get the darn thing out of there. If you are willing to be gentle with it, it might get you enough to clean the whole dryer maybe a handful of times, but the plastic used should have been way more flexible. Id probably have used a very rubbery hose, but would have wound a wire through the rubber to add structure to it to allow feeding it deeper into the dryer an easier task. I give it 2 stars. One because while it got its job done, it was clearly cheaply made. and the second star is because as cheap as it was, it was still cheaper than hiring someone to come out and do the work for me, even if it broke after so little use.

not only can't this be beat for the money, it can't be beat at any price!
If you have a Magic Chef, Panda, or Avanti portable dryer, get this! There is always some lint left inside the stainless steel drum and this is the perfect tool for getting it out easily and without damaging the thin delicate drums of these machines. Also, you can conveniently store it behind the dryer on an appliance dolly like this one: Stalwart Adjustable Sized Telescopic Furniture Dolly Roller As one other reviewer pointed out, it will work with a Dyson D59 but you have to use it with the latter's small crevice tool and hold them together at the joint with your hand covering the vents on the Zvac as shown in my video. This sounds like a pain but it's really not a big deal once you get the hang of it and it's definitely worth the trouble, since this is the only truly flexible vacuum attachment that can be used with the Dyson that will produce enough suction to do the job. After I'm done vacuuming the inside of the dryer and removing the layer of lint on the lint filter (I use my hand to peel it off on the Magic Chef), I use the Dyson small crevice piece to get off any remaining lint. I don't even bother with a lint brush. If you have a Dyson D59, not only can't you beat this for the money, you can't beat it at any price!...I try my best to do helpful reviews and update them if need be. Flexible Crevice Tool
This doesn't fit 'exactly' on my Shark, but it does work, and I will say I am pleased with it, ability to fit behind the fridge, under and behind furniture. Pleased for the price I paid.

Flexible
So this is an attachment for a central vacuum, it’s able to fit into all the corners and crevices. I liked it so much that I even bought it for my mom and mother in law. If you love a clean home, it’s a must have.

Cleans deep crevices
Excellent product. Much longer than I envisioned which is awesome. Great for cleaning between seats of car and dryer lint trap. Took an exceptionally long time to arrive. Customer service was excellent.
