Works great!
The product is exactly as described. It's small so it doesn't take up much room. It's not overly noisy. So far, it works great (have had for a few weeks).I can't address the lack of venting or power issues mentioned on other reviews because I don't use this microwave for heating up food; I use it for heating up bean bag heating pads. And it works great for those.I would say that if you have minimal needs such as heating up a single cup o' noodle soups in dorm rooms (vs full meal for family of 4), this is perfect for those needs.

Not too big, not too small!
I Purchased this for my elderly mother who receives Meal on Wheels during the week. She doesn’t usually eat her meal right away, and with bad knees and arthritis she doesn’t always feel like going to the kitchen to heat it up when she’s ready. This little microwave is working out perfect for her! She keeps it on a stand in the living room next to her chair where she spends most of her day, and also uses it to heat up water for instant coffee!

Works better than we expected for the price.
Update, dropped to 4 starts because the buttons are not lighted. Without under cabinet lights, the buttons are hard to read.Bought for the size and NOT for the low price. Completely satisfied.

Terrible Quality
Bad. Frequently, one touch 30 second warming doesn't work.When cooking finished, beeping continues to sound 5 times.I cannot restart it until it finishes beeping all 5 times.The beepings can be short 1 second beeps or long 10 second beeps. Very annoying and frustrating.Moisture accumulates and doesn't go away for a long time unless it's wiped out or ventilated by opening the door for long a while. Round glass plate inside is difficult to be set properly.Finally, it now takes twice as long to cook.Getting rid of it to buy another brand only after 6 months.Never expected to have such a bad experience with such a simple and common device.

Arrived damaged
The microwave arrived damaged, but we did not know that because the box showed no damage and so we left it in the box until we got my daughter moved in to her dorm out of state. TOO late then to send it back. VERY disappointed. For the price, should not have a huge dent in the side.

basic, you get what you pay for!
simple small, and fits in my cabinet with space to vent so it's a win. but the fit and finish leaves a bit to be desired. the case has an uneven gap around the faceplate. the user interface is a little silly, with a timer that requires you to enter a minute tens digit, minute ones digit, then seconds ten digit, seconds one digit. this means to time something for tens of seconds you need to enter the leading zeros first.

For the Money, it's a Little Dandy!
Okay, first of all this is a very inexpensive microwave (don't know how it can be manufactured and sold at so low a price). So for the price it is an outstanding device. Yes, with 700 watts, you have to add about 50% to your normal cooking time (versus a 1200 watt machine). Yes, maybe it's a little bit more complicated to operate, and you have to close the door a little more forcefully than you might expect to make it run. But for the money, it's a little dandy!

great microwave
the first time i bought this with prime shipping, our microwave had stopped working. i waited almost 2 weeks for something that should have arrived in 2 days. it got lost apparently by Amazon so they shipped another. its a nice little microwave. the best part is it doesn't do all those annoying reminder beeps when something is finished cooking.
