The knife is too good!! Really sharp and handy.
The best knife I have had. In the beginning, the weightlessness of the knife was a bit difficult to adjust to. The knife is so sharp that’s the tomato cuts better than butter! Have to be really careful to not cut your fingers...

Un coltello eccellente e affilato in modo sorpredente per affettare e tagliare alla perfezione dove altri coltelli non riescono, se non facendo una pappa di bucce e semi! Basta appoggiarlo al pomodoro ed entra con molta delicatezza facendo fette perfette. Adatto, comunque, per tanti altri usi, in cucina, grazie alla sua precisione nel taglio.
