Got this for my girlfriend. She opened the package and thought it was a joke. The container looks like it has been used for half the winter. Not sure how this happens. Someome at the warehouse must have very very moisturized lips...

Well worth the buy!
I have been buying this balm for over 15 years! Even the new formula smells great and works to heal my lips when they are cracking despite using other brands. I always come home to this one.
