Q: Do you sell the rubber rings to assemble this product?

It comes with rubber rings but honestly you could probably get miniature rubber bands that would work about the same

Q: What's the difference between Small & Large? Both are 9x9x12?

It’s just the pattern or design on it. If you look where it says large the diamond gets bigger but if you click on small it shows small diamonds

Q: What is the height once assembled?

It is approximately 11-1/2" to 12" tall.

Q: Can you adjust height by not assembling all sections so it will fit in my drawer

The only thing that you can adjust is the height of each individual shelf. The actual height of the entire unit you cannot change. The multiple pieces of plastic that hold it together are one height and you cannot change that. Sorry. It is a great piece, but you will have to put it on a counter or maybe under your sink.
