George Foreman Grill Cookbook: 101 Irresistible Indoor Grill Recipes For Busy People

Very good cookbook to use with the George Forman Grill. Recipes are easy and have great instructions. I gave this as a gift along with the grill, and it was a bit hit!

Not all recipes seem suited for use with the grill but some very good recipes indeed.

Due to some new dietary challenges, and the fact my oven is out of order, I've been using my Foreman grill a lot and looked forward to some new, healthy ideas. Sadly, this book doesn't deliver. First, there's too much white space and too few recipes. Fully 2/3 of many pages are blank. Worse, I'd hoped for some good ideas for cooking veggies on the grill. Nope! Six of the eight "side dishes" included don't use the grill at all. And therein is the biggest issue with the book: Don't count on using your grill and JUST your grill. You'll need a slow cooker for the roast beef, a skillet for the "Mountain O'Steak," a stovetop for the mahi mahi, an oven for the brisket and pulled pork and the sun dried tomato and so many other recipes, a pan of oil for the shrimp Po'Boy, and so on. And plan on spending a lot of time, because if you're looking for easy or convenient recipes, you won't find too many. Weirdly, the book promotes itself as "101 Irresistible Indoor Grill Recipes for Busy People." Ha! You'll be busy pre-cooking everything before you slap them on your meant-to-be-convenient grill, for sure. This is a seriously disappointing collection of recipes. Even the blurry black-and-white pictures of the dishes are disappointing. No wonder the author's name isn't on the cover. I wouldn't want credit for this mess, either.

Gives you great recipes, but I really just wanted the basics. I will use this book as I progress.Has tons of ideas for your Foreman.

I liked all the ideas in the cook book.

I love George Foreman products and his cookbooks.
