I had a bad pulled muscle in my lower back so I ordered this. It did help. It gave me support for sure. My back was very weak at the time. It did help with pain after a while. Took a few hours for me to notice a difference when I first put it on but better a few hours than none at all. As for comfort...ehh. I wore this directly on my skin, under my clothes, for bathroom purposes. I didn't want to have to undo it and take it off every time I needed to use the bathroom so I wore it underneath my clothes and undies. So that part was uncomfortable but I put up with it for the sake of it's support and helping with pain. (Happy to say I don't need it anymore. All healed)

I've had lower back pain for several years and didn't want to go through the expense (and finding room for) an inversion table if I could avoid it. A video on low back pain said to have someone walk behind you with their hands on your hips (where the belt would sit) and press in while you walk a few steps. If that lessens the pain then this belt will DEFINITELY help. I wasn't really expecting too much from this belt because it's so cheap (compared to a table, or chiro, or most of the other products out there). This stopped the pain immediately.A couple of points to know: first, they say it's safe to wear for hours/all day, but I'd recommend only using it while up and active. If you use it while sitting for more than a few minutes the belt tends to roll up and/or put pressure or cut circulation.Second: There's sort of a 'sweet spot' between being tight enough to help and being too tight so it often takes a couple of adjustments while wearing it. Hey, it's velcro, this should not be a surprise.Third: once you get some relief from this thing, figure out where the pain is coming from so you only have to wear the belt during flare-ups. My problems turned out to stem from my desk chair... new chair, back pain gone.I would definitely recommend this belt to others.

Great brace for SI joint stabilization. I have been having sciatica for a month and this brace provided much needed relief. It’s easy to put on and stays in place. I’ve even worn it to bed in desperation foe a good nights sleep. Only issue is it’s kind of big. I was in between sizes and sizes up so the Velcro is almost overlapping. Im wondering if I could have used the smaller one. It can get a bit sweaty if you wear it under your clothing.

Could not believe this little belt took away so much pain. It not only took away hip sting and sciatica pain, but the pain at my knee and ankle. Surprised after a few wears the pain has stayed away. Worth giving it a try.

Immediate stabilization and support of SI joint. I believe this will help with healing the discomfort that has been chronic and intermittent. I can wear it under my clothing or over my clothing. The compression is adjustable. Very helpful so far.
