The height of the number is 1.5'', and the length and height of the machine are 11'' * 3.5''. The length and width of the remote control are 5.7'' and 1.7''. We fully understand that you may find it a bit complicated during use, so we have made a detailed operation guide video for you. By watching the video, you will easily learn to master all the functions. Some users tell us that if the remote control size can be bigger, that would be better. You can preset the number of rounds. Each round can be individually set for exercise time and rest time. It can be done without a doubt. I am using it and he really helped me.

Q: How loud is it? I listen to music and need one that is loud.

It’s not that loud. It’s loud enough if there’s not a lot of ambient noise, but I have a dozen fighters training at a time and they don’t hear it so well it works, and is enough especially for the price though.
