Barton Kramer Screen Door Hinge White Aluminum

Like that it is painted white. I've replaced one screen door hinge that was not painted at the beach house and it is rusting after 2 years.

I had high hopes for these because they were metal. An upgrade to the original plastic ones that broke. I purchased 3. One bent during instillation. I was able to straighten it out and with all three they seem to be holding the door okay. I used them on a storm door.

These are for aluminum screen door replacement. Could not use for wood screen door.

I purchased five but only used four and kept one as a spare. I love the way the center flange is formed to fit right in the groove of the storm door. I had purchased a storm door at the Habitat Store for 25 dollars, which was brand new and retails for 229 dollars but had no frame. This fit perfect on the door and then attached to the wood opening in the wall. I could not find these at a regular hardware store or they had to be ordered and were more expensive. I would order again.

Hinges are perfect. But could have gotten them at Home Depot or Lowe's for 3 dollars. Was my fault for not looking.
