how long do I leave trays on

I would leave on for no more than 30 minutes. And be VERY careful not to put too much product in tray. You do NOT want it to overflow where it will touch your gums. It will burn. I have used 20% solution product previously and needed to leave on for an hour or more but did I not have the immediate loan to gums. All of these will cause some gum irritation and tooth sensitivity after use. Ah the price of whiter teeth

A question for the supplier, as someone said before, the consistency is not the same as remembered. do you keep these refrigerated in your facility?

I haven’t purchased this product in the past year. With my previous purchase I’d say I was satisfied however the 35% solution is very strong. You will likely see irritation of gums and teeth sensitivity although that only lasted a day or two. It definitely works and whitens teeth but I might consider buying the lower % solution next time and using it for longer period

what is the expiration date? do they sealed in package as picture?

Date is on package ordered. You may inquire from the particular vendor you order from about freshness date. I've never received a batch from various vendors with an out-of-date expiry date. My ORDER is always fresh and very much sealed in secured packaging. Great product. Hope this helps.

What's the expiration date?

I can't remember if this product had one. I want to say it did but not sure. Made my teeth whiter though. I order from this vendor often. Need to reorder. Sorry couldn't be more helpful. You can always email the vendor for that information before you order.

These is a legit product! No fake bull crap! Some of you are complaining bc u have not seen a product that actually works! If your gum is sensitive and u let the product hit the gum it will turn white! Why? Bleaching product and peroxide. Yes! Picture is Misleading bc I also thought I would get a extra brace and a toothpaste but other then that, it’s a great product.
