SIZE:Bought as a gift; they're 5'9" and the headrest is to the nape of their neck. Tiny bit small. Another 5'5" individual found it to be a comfortable space to lean their head back and overall fit more snug than Goldilocks' "Just Right" check list.COMFORT:The seat is firm, but not IKEA-Sofa firm. If you balanced a glass of wine on it and smacked the base of the chair, it'll wobble, but not knock over. (To best describe without visuals.) Hence why I've classed it as Medium-Firm. In my opinion, this is ideal for individuals who don't have back issues and want to work or game on it 9-5. If you have a bad lower back, I don't recommend using this majority of the day. Short term maybe max 3h with no breaks.INSTALLATION:Fantastic really. Straight forward instructions if you need, tools laid out for appropriate compartments. E.g. armrest, base, back, wheels. Second person would be ideal to hold the bottom and the back rest together tight enough for the other person to put in screws with washers, though. Rest is a one person job. Set up time probably 25minutes.Will provide an updated review when reasonable time has passed.EDIT UPDATE: It's been 2.5 years and it's still going strong. They've informed me it doesn't have any issues, doesn't squeak after the usual time frame of use, leather is still smooth with no damages and it's used up to 12h a day. Only natural hindrance is that loose fur from their dog gets caught in the wheels, badly. Definitely recommend this product.

Ideal for shorter people, would be a bit small for tall men. High quality leather-like material, very comfy, easy to assemble, feels sturdy. Gold bits add to the look.

Good chair however doesn’t recline so for me I cannot get to comfortable.Also the arm fabric was damaged xrocker support was amazing and replaced the arm for us within a day or two cannot fault the support from xrocker

Lovely chair - very comfy whilst not being too chunky

Bought this Prime day so had at a good price. Went together easily, just one problem, I forgot to put the washers in place so I had to undo it screw by screw and fit the washers. It comes with basic instructions but they are worth looking at because the "bolts" and "washers" are letter labelled as they are two different sizes. To be fair to the manufacturers they give you a couple of spares - just in case. Not sure why people are saying it is not suitable for tall people, I am just short of 6 foot and around 17 stone and I find it quite suitable not cramped at all. Even more happy now that I found by undoing the large knob underneath and pulling the handle out that the chair actually rocks.

Good price and comfortable chair

The chairs arms don’t fit. You have to squeeze the back of the chair forward to try and get the screw holes to line up. The screw holes are built into the soft padding of the chair - so because of the tension due to the arms being too big- you risk ripping the screws right out of the chair! Shocked and appalled. Terrible product, terrible design. I want my money back. You ruined my kids birthday present.
