Give this one the finger.
My original Lansing device broke very quickly. It was this exact same kind, so I was a little leery in purchasing this one. However, I have had it for over a year now and I’ve had no problems with it whatsoever. In my old one, something in the springing mechanism broke. This one works like a charm.

Nice
I purchased only the device and it had a few needles that came with it. The pricking is a very soft almost no pain prick to obtain your blood in checking your sugar level. I will buy again if need be as it is a very good device for the money.

Good tool
I love using this for checking my blood sugar. It is easy to use and doesn’t break easily. It is a good size that does not take up much space.

Perfect replacement for my device
I recently tried the Delica Plus Lancing Device with 25 Lancets and it does the job when I need a quick blood sample. The device is easy to load and use, and the lancets are sharp enough to get a reliable drop of blood on the first try. On the flip side, the trigger feels a bit stiff, and occasionally I need two tries to get enough blood — not ideal if you test often. Overall, it’s a decent, no-frills option for occasional glucose or blood spot testing, but if you test regularly, you might want something smoother and more comfortable.

Worked same as pharmacy one.
Just like one I got from Doctor/pharmacy. Hint- people break them because they twist it off but forget to also twist it on. If you hear it snapping on/off you’re doing it wrong and it’ll break faster.

It works.
What more can I say about it? It works. The one that came with my glucometer lasted for a little over a year then suddenly the cap wouldn't click on anymore. And sure, the jabbing depth I set one time will unlikely be the same as the next time. I'm use to it. But it's narrow, fits the abundance of fine needle lancers I still have, and also neatly fits into my glucometer case. So, until I buy a new glucometer (which is no time soon) I'll stick to what works. And this works just fine. It loads. It engages. It jabs. I bleed. It ejects. What more do I need?
