I purchased 4 units of the solar panel - and none of them worked. This is my first disappointing purchase from Amazon. Even though it was very sunny day, I don't see the panel working at all. Poor quality.I did not even want to give a star - but if i dont choose at least a star, I am not able to submit my honest review. Amazon should not insist that we need to pick at least a star to make a submission of review.

I bought the solar panels for the Eufy C camera because Eufy sells the genuine camera so expensive almost $60 each. The genuine camera produces about 3watt and this one is about 3.5watt. Hope it does not cause a problem later. Maybe it can be covered some area to match the wattage? It works great for the first week. I will update the review for long-term use. The hinge is made of plastic and very cheap.

two issuesFirst, the micro usb connector came out of the cord. I can't think of a time I have ever seen a micro usb connector do this, but when I removed the connector from the camera the tip stayed in the camera. Thankfully I was able to get it out without damaging the camera.Second, the panel does produce a charge during the day, but as expected at night or in the afternoon it stops charging. About 6 hours of direct sunlight resulted in about 4-5% charge, which over time might have been enough. The issue is that the following day the charging wouldn't resume unless I disconnected and reconnected the panel to the camera.

My two security cameras set on 'sensitive'' have required recharging of batteries about every three weeks. The solar panels were mounted in locations where they would have sunlight a minimum of 5 hours each day, not desired but need to deal with the location of the house and trees. The cameras now show a full charge every day. The solar panels are evidently sufficient for this application.

Don’t buy. Poor quality, can only charge in directly sunshine, but sloooooooow charing, barely not charging at all. I put it in sunshine all day but my camera still out of power.
