This product arrived quickly and works well. I bought it for the heart rate it provides.

Main issue, the company (3Plus) disabled the app so you can no longer access the data. For the price, we were pretty pleased. After the first year, we started having trouble with charging. Sometimes it wouldn't charge. Battery life also decreased and it would need charging pretty much everyday. Again, the main issue is that the company shut down the app with no warning and no alternative. I would not buy anything from this company (3Plus) ever again. I'm sure they're changing their name and launching as a new product so beware.

It's good for the price. I think some of the reviewers need to look at the price point again and realize they're not getting a hundred or two hundred dollar watch. I found it here for under $30, less than a night out with friends. The device works fine, the problems are with the app. It has issues synching, and sometimes I have to change my goals two or three times before my goals will actually stay changed. But the watch works fine. If you want something cheep that displays steps, etc, not just tracking them, and also a heart rate monitor, this works fine.

I got this band because I wanted to track body temp. Had it a little over a week and these are the issues I experienced. Item 1: This band allowed a setting to continually track body temp. So, that was a great feature. However, the app was suppose to store previous days of collected data (for a month or more), and my data for intermittent days disappeared from the app, after a day or two. Don't know why, and I know data had been collected. Left me scratching my head. Item 2: The band allowed you to select imperial measurements versus metric, also a great feature. You set up height, weight, sex and age data on the app. However, the watch band would only go up to 6.2 miles each day. When I downloaded data to the app on the phone, it showed much higher (and accurate) mile readings. Again, don't know why. There is a 'reset' function on the band which I used once after downloading all data to app on the phone just before midnight one night - didn't lose and data, but is didn't correct this issue of mileage counter getting stuck. Item 3: This band collects sleep data: i.e., deep sleep, light sleep and minutes awake. However, my watch and the app (after downloading data to the phone) both showed "no data collected" for sleep info a couple of nights. Again, don't know why; I was clearly wearing the watchband during those nights. Item 4: The watchband left weird red spot on my wrist where the sensor was against my wrist. I have had sensitivity to some metal alloys in the past, don't know if it was my skin having an issue or because I was running the temp sensor around the clock. Don't know what metal is in the sensor buttons. Due to all these issues, I contacted Amazon support via chat but didn't really get any answers. I was offered a replacement or return of this item. Decided to return it and get a refund - which Amazon tech support was very helpful with.

Good looking watch, and it worked great at first. But then it didn't keep time well. As the weeks go by, I notice that the time was a few minutes slow so I had to re-sync it with my phone app. I've been through 2 of these watches within one year, and both watches stopped syncing with the phone app, rendering the watch absolutely useless. I had to throw them both in the trash.

For a fraction of the price of some competitor's product. This product really is packed with a lot of features.Heart Rate, Step, Distance, Sleep tracking, Goal achievements, etc.It really motivates me. It holds a charge for about 3-4 days based on my use. It takes about 30 to 45 minutes to recharge to max.The wristband is wide (which is what I need because my wrists are large.It is very durable as well.

Reviewed this item a month after purchasing as a gift. Was well pleased.As of today (less than 2 months later) it no longer worksCalled the company and it rings and hangs up. No way to get a refund or replacement. Very disappointed!I ordered one for my sister in law and for a friend - hope theirs are sturdier and this tracker was simply a one off.....
