This really gives u a great pump

I've been using this pre workout for about a year and it's the best I've used always get the best pump and the results are there. For everyone that says it does nothing. I think you are not actually working out or just lying and trying to get it for free..I love this pre work out.

Gives good pump and good to go but not a good replacement. I recommend an actual pre workout for the full effects

The directions on amazon vs the bottle as well as the ingredients are different, not to mention three of the ingredients cause cancer.Amazon states 2 capsules per serving bottle states 4 capsules per serving neither give you a pump.I have a dairy allergy, no where amazon does it claim to have milk in it, the bottle says milk in the allergen ingredients.I recieved my item unseald and opened in the shipping box however the seller does not offer returns. 2nd chance with ryse products and will never give them another penny!
