I purchased this for my wife and she is enjoying it immensely, with all sorts of activities and numerous ideas, ranging from creating shortcuts for programs to computer commands. She is still in the process of figuring out things. The size is ideal for her, with ample buttons to customize and a separate page for additional functions of your choice. Compatibility is pretty good so far. Will update later on after more usage.

So been using this for a little over 7 months and didnt want to write a review until I had given it a run and honestly can say that I couldn't use my PC without this. I have set up custom buttons to do everything I need while on my pc, I stream a little hear and there so I have an entire page for my OBS, I have shortcuts to websites I use daily, I even set up macros to restart and shutdown my pc so if I have to leave I can just press a button and out the door I go.Pros:Simple to useSoftware is straight forwardLearning new things for it is easyMakes using my computer seamlessCons:Anti slip bottom not so grippy most of the timeThe last isn't a read con per say more just annoying but has no effect on the actual device and won't hinder my review.Gonna use a little longer and look at upgrading to a newer model with more buttons.

It's an excellent choice for non-streamers looking to enhance their productivity and creative workflows.1- I used to keep an eye on my CPU and GPU Temperature, GPU/CPU Load, and CPU Usage, so if my PC is getting pretty hot, I could turn on the AC and bring down the temperature.2- I can use the discord setting to Mute my mic or Deaf myself as well as to share my screen and join different channels with just one touch, also a plus with the soundboard you can have your favorite ones without the need to look for them inside the discord app.3- For Zoom meetings, Webex meetings, etc... I have all the buttons set up so I can easily share my screen, mute my mic, view the members inside the meeting, the chat, all in a couple of touch.4- I can access my games directly with just one touch like my Steam games, GamePass, Battlenet, Epic, and GOG.5- I can make a profile when I'm developing a program to take actions that will take me many steps to reach with one click.Conclusion: The Elgato Stream Deck MK.2 is a fantastic tool for non-streamers who want to streamline their workflows and boost productivity.
