Can this be added to a smoothie?

Never tried it. I used it in savory dishes like soups.

For one serving, simply add 2 tbsp of the Chickpea Miso powder with a cup of hot water. Feel free to add tofu, vegetables and herbs such as spinach or scallions. There are endless possibilities.

Which Miso makes the best soup?
