Does this glue hold acetate on foam for shaker cards?

Yes. I have created shaker cards using this glue and it worked great.

Can I use this to glue molding clay to a notebook?

I have only used it on paper crafts.

Ranger Multi Medium Matte is my fave of all times - both the liquid in the little bottles that I put needle tips on, and the thicker in the jar. However, if I need to adhere paper to a fairly large surface - say to cover a journal or composition book - and want liquid, I reach for this since due to the various size tips it’s easy to apply. It’s an excellent glue too.

Does this work to repair a rice paper lantern?

Im not sure but it’s great for paper crafts. You still have time to move paper around before it dries.

Great glue !

I was suggested this glue in a crafts community. I thought it was a little bit expensive but finally, I think you've got a lot for your money. This is a great size. The bottle is cute :) the tips in the box make it very easy to use, even in small areas. You don't need a lot to be effective, hold well cardstock and paper without making wrinkles.
