Handy Cable Organization
I am using this to organized the numerous cable that drive astronomical camera. First, I eliminates the clutter. Three cables are now one. Two, I can see the cables in the dark (REAL important be cause that's where I use the astronomical camera -- with a telescope) so, 2a it's a lot easier to set up because it's a lot easier to find all the cables and their connections in the dark, 2b there are no accidental disconnects due to kicking or pulling on cables, and 2c nothing gets left behind when I pack up to go inside or to go home. Important features: This cable organizer is expandable. I will take cable bundles from about 1/4 inch to 1+ inch. Because of the spiral design it is possible to have individual cables in a bundle exit the bundle wherever is needed. Also due to the spiral design to the organizer it adds nothing to the stiffness of the bundle which will as flexible as the stiffest wire in it. Very neat system. Now if someone can just tell me why all my astronomical equipment cables are black and therefore invisible when we are working in the dark.

Several Years of Confusing Zip Tie Bound Cable Tangles: G O N E
I ordered two packages of wrap; two inches remaining. Those who have complained in other reviews that this is only big enough for small cables might not understand how this stretches. When you begin it will help if you gather the loose ends and make a coil to temporarily tie together. Much easier and faster to wrap. The only directions are those you create in your mind. I originally had the UPS and Cable Modem on the steel cart with the printer and scanner. A MacBook Air resided where the UPS/Modem are now. I left the printer and scanner on the cart as that was only two data and two power cables to wrap. Everything else connected on the computer table. My wrap started with the two monitor cables (Power/Video) and the video dropped right under the Mac Mini. Picked up other cables along the way. Next I did the Printer/Scanner and ran the data cables to the back of the Mini and the power plugs directly to the UPS. When you have two cables terminating at the same place and one is longer than the other do this. PLAN AHEAD so you don't have to unwrap a section. Put the two plugs together or offset depending where they connect. Next, take up the slack in the one cable and create a tight loop to parallel the long cable. Simply start the thick wrap at the point where you stopped and cover the oversize section. There should be no problem. To me, it was worth the money and the time. What you see took a bit over an hour. Its hard to notice, but I attached my back-up drive to the punched metal back panel. Photo 5 -- Follow the Red Cable. It is tie wrapped and I'm going to put a small screw in the panel to block the unit from being removed by thieves in a hurry. All that comes off is the cable. Note that - for the future - there is a second Red SSD Cable poking up behind the computer. Don't expect perfection. Remember, you just need to eliminate the Rat's Nest. When you view the 1st photo you will notice a big cable on the left coming from the power plug. That is the UPS Power source. Another cable to the right is for a shredder.

Works great, made a huge difference in my home office
This wrap is durable, easy to use, can be wrapped around many cords (I think I had 10 at some points), looks clean, made a huge difference in my all white sleek office where I didn't want a mess of cords. I see people complaining about the length. I didn't have any problem with the length. It seemed good for the price and quality.

Did the job and thensome!
I was initially worried when I got this product. Having zero experience with anything of this sort, I feared I was going to end up with a cable wrap that looked way outta place. I am happy to say I was wrong. The cables I was dealing with were a bit of a challenge to wrap, but once I got into the groove it took me no longer than 15 minutes to have all my cables managed. I managed to have some cables breakout from the sleeve in perfect spots, so as to allow them to naturally lead away without them being kinked or take drastic angles. It was easy to trim off the excess, which was initially another worry of mine. Yes, you will have a bit of a time with the installation process at the onset. But it's nothing really. All you'll need is a little time and patience and you'll get through it in no time.

Having 1 bundle of wires looks so much better & neater than 3 or 4 loose wires
I think the first thing you have to realize about this product is that, although it will help clean up your area of multiple cords everywhere, you will still have to find a solution for the EXCESS wire - you know - when you only need to a wire 3 feet long, but the one one you have is 6 feet long. These cable sleeves will not take care of that. They do do a pretty good job, though, of corralling a bunch of loose wires basically going to the same place, and there's any number of ways you can use one or more pieces in conjunction with one another. Also remember that because of the spiral form of this sleeve, the color of the wires will be visible, so if appearance is important, get a sleeve that matches the wire color or get enough sleeve length that you don't leave any space between the wraps. I only used this with a few wires, basically experimenting to see how it would work out. I wrapped the wires by hand and did have to unwrap and rewrap a couple of times to get the different wires to where they needed to be. Overall, I am pleased with the results, and I do have to admit - the floor area is so much neater with just one bundle running along the baseboard. Once I decide how I'm going to handle the "excess wire" problem (main trouble with tv area) I plan on using these sleeves to bundle the wires together to clean up that mess.
