To remove slime you need either a clarifier or shock **Q: How do people stop these from getting sucked into the skimmer?** A: I don’t have any problem with this. If your skimmer opening is large enough for the floater to get sucked into it, either your skimmer opening is way much larger than mine or your water level is too low. **Q: I closed the pool 11 days ago.
