A great roasting pan for smaller items!
Sturdy, nonstick, great size. This small roasting pan with rack is extremely well made and durable. The nonstick surfaces easily come clean after use.

Better than I was expecting
This is very sturdy, and fits perfectly inside my toaster oven. It's non stick and easy to clean, too. Even the grate for the bottom is non stick. Exactly what I was looking for and made better than I expected

Perfect, versatile little pan for cooking for one or two...
My husband has very different tastes than I do, preferring frozen junk to real food, so I purchased this mostly to cook for one--me. I love this little pan. It is perfectly sized for cooking for one or two people, and I keep discovering new uses for it. It works perfectly for meats, as it is designed to be used, but I've found myself using it even more often for drippy things. Example: Corn or sweet potatoes (or fish) in foil invariably leak some juices no matter how well I think I've sealed them. Placed in this pan, the juices don't reach the oven bottom, or the larger cookie sheet I used to set them on, so clean-up is much easier. I have only a small pan to wash, and this pan cleans very easily. I'm being careful with the finish since I enjoy the fact that foods don't stick to it. So far, I've used it for everything that may run over and for roast/grilling chicken, beef, lamb and pork. Perfect little pan for someone living alone or for a couple. Also, I like the fact that my already lean meat choices don't cook in their own fat, so I feel that I'm eating healthier. The one "caution" I would add is that skinless chicken breasts, if not wrapped in foil, can easily dry out with this pan, but keeping chicken breasts moist in any pan requires a little effort, so I don't see that as a drawback. Highly recommend this little go-to pan.

Very Good if you have reasonable expectations
Pros:Well made.Size and depth of pan and broil rack is perfect.I don't think there is a better comparable product available.Cons:Stains do build up quicker than you may expect.Non-stick surface may begin scratching off sooner than you expect.Happy to buy my second after 4.5 yrs of regular use.My first Chicago Non-stick Petite Broil & Roast Pan lasted 4.5 years of fairly regular use before I needed to replace it due to increasing scratching off of non-stick surface (began appearing in year 1) and build up of stains. I think 4.5 years of use is reasonable and respectable. I was happy to buy my second Chicago Broil & Roast Pan-- I think its the best broil & roast pan available for its size.

PERFECT WHEN THE NEST IS EMPTY!!
11-29-12 I have had this pan for awhile now and felt I had to edit my original review. The size is perfect for one or two as I said before....but size isn't everything. This pan rusts.....and I did not neglect or abuse it. The pan is still useable to broil something...but I don't use it to roast anymore. So I now give it only 3 stars. This broil & roast pan is perfect for one....or for two. Our nest is empty and has been for quite awhile and broiling meat on the broiler pan just meant extra work for ME! I love this little pan...it's easy to clean, the perfect size and is well made. If you're looking for something to make your life in the kitchen a little easier...this pan is one thing you might like.

Perfect little pan for Minimalist ME❣️
I love this cute little pan!! I am so happy I bought it. I baked 2 pork chops in it the same day it was delivered. I forgot to grease the inside of the pan and the drippings off the rack were pretty burnt and caked on...but once it cooled off I soaked it...and it was so easy to clean. Next time I plan to line it with aluminum foil though to make cleaning up even easier. I had been looking for a small sized pan with a rack, but everything I saw was either too big & bulky...or didn’t have the rack. I hate big bulky kitchen items that clutter up my space. Plus I am a Minimalist (by my OWN definition!) and I don’t want or need a lot of kitchen or cooking supplies either. I live alone and never cook for anyone else so this is the perfect size for me. I can still cook 2 things and have a meal left over.
