It works as described and expected!
Out of the 4x HDMI over Cat and KVM over Cat I tested, this was the best and the one I kept. My 4k 60hz HDMI signal goes to a splitter to a 4k 60hz TV, and to this device, which sends the signal over 25mtr of shielded CAT6 to a 1080p 60hz TV. No glitches or anything. Very pleased for the quality and price point.

HDMI over cat 6
Have used several of these and they are very good with no issues

Quality, cost effective video solution.
A very useful solution for extending HDMI connections over longer distances that can be accommodated just using an ordinary HDMI cable. Simply add a decent quality Cat 5/6 cable to connect the transmit and receive modules, and connect up your HDMI inputs and outputs and you can extend the video over a good distance. Be aware though that the quality of your network cabling does have an impact on the length of the interconnect that can be achieved. Picture quality was indistinguishable from source to mirrored screen on standard 23" hi-def monitors. A cost effective way to extend/mirror HDMI connections.

HDMI Extender
Have used a few of these now. On one of the units the power supply failed after a few days but otherwise everything has been fine. Just bought another and the power supply on that has failed as well. Units are great but the power supply they are using must be a bit dodgy. Seller kindly replaced the complete kits for the failed items but the power supply is still the same. Another power supply has just failed after about 4 weeks in service. Seems a shame but I think I will have to look for a different solution.

Great for extending CCTV HDMI Signal
My use case is I needed to extend the HDMI output from four rack mounted Qvis CCTV recorders to around 25 Meters. I couldn't get and HDMI cable through the walls and from experience these suffer from signal loss at those ranges. This little unit (and I have five now) solved the problem. I ran Cat6 cables from the rack and connected these with short HDMI leads to the recorders. The module at the recorder end needs power and the power adapter come in the box. Then at the other end the receiver one just connects to the Cat6 and then has a short HDMI cable to the Screen.. which in my case is a 55" wall mounted TV (four of them). I'm sending a Full HD signal (not 4k) and it's super stable and clear.. as good as the original running just on an HDMI lead. Very pleased with it and so far (about 6 weeks) they have all performed without a single problem so if your need is anywhere similar then i'd recommend trying these. I did try a couple other options like this but each had their issues. Like most things of this nature, I also got a spare for the shelf for emergency but I have not had to use that.

Don't even think of buying this ...
This is simply bad and I wasted my money... The first biggest mistake I made was the lack of reading the reviews before purchasing it.. I bought 2 of these and 2 sets of 50 meters LAN cables... they worked only for a few minutes but they started dropping signal/video from time to time... I wish there was a 0 star rating

No issues!
Works super well, and nice and compact. Just be sure to get the transmitter and receiver the right way round, and only the transmitter side needs power. I've used this with 2m mini HDMI into 30m of CAT5 with no issues :)

Generates a lot of RF interference
Worked well but with an important caveat - plugging in an ethernet cable provides the unit with a giant antenna with which to propagate copious RF interference, so powerful that using a screened cable (S/FTP) made no difference. I use Channel 38 wireless mics and the interference was unacceptable so changed to a HDBaseT system.
