The media could not be loaded.  This toilet is amazing! Mostly automated; seat, lid, flushes with sensors. My favorite feature is the heated seat, but all the features are so nice as well. Bidet water temp can be adjusted, so do the air dryer. I’ve been using toilet for over a year with no issue, surprisingly…have three younger kids I’d thought they would mess it up but that’s not the case. Easy to install but need power outlet to connect. Had to buy a fitting from Home Depot and done. Remote is very handy to control, battery lasted 3-6 months pending how often it’s being used. I ordered a stash of battery from Amazon for pretty cheap. Have these toilets in all three bathrooms with no regret. Totally recommended em!

Some edge corner you can see some durt or damage area on seating.- Remote Controller not connecting to toilet.- Remote Controller place holder is not include in the box.- I have not tested water pressure or heat or other function cuz all controls are in the Remote. So i do not know what other function might not be working for the toilet. But luckily i bought warranty.

First of all I am a licensed contractor. We installed a different bidet on a project, my wife tried it and loved the idea. She tried a bidet seat, but that didn't work out. Now, I ordered this unit and waited about 4 months before i installed it in our second home. The bidet was pretty well packed but it still managed to suffer a crack in the rear part on the plastic housing. Can't really see it from the front and it didn't affect anything so I installed it anyway. Details:-The directions for installation are almost useless. The unit does not mechanically fasten to the floor, it relies on the wax ring and a bead of silicon around the edge to hold it down. That said, when i installed it, I set the unit on a piece of cardboard, traced the bottom, and cut the cardboard for a template. i also marked the location of the floor flange on the cardboard and cut out the opening. I placed the cardboard on the floor with the cutout and traced the edge of the template. I marked the sides of the unit so I knew where the hole was underneath-kind of a double check and also to drop the unit in place in one shot.keep in mind the wax ring is usually placed over the floor flange. I find this the easiest way to place it.Most existing toilets have a 3/8 supply line, this unit has a 1/2 FIP fitting so I bought the connector (see picture) from HDepot to go from 3/8 compression to 1/2 fip (stands for female iron pipe size). You will also need a 120 volt outlet to plug the unit in.I placed the wax ring, ran a bead of clear silicon around the inside edge of the marked line on the floor and dropped the unit (with my wife on one side and me on the other over the marked lines. Let the silicon set up at least 6 hrs, but you can get the unit working in the meantime.My Wife really Loves the bidet, so I guess it was worth it. You have to play around with the remote the adjust the settings of the unit, but she did it pretty quickly.The directions are so poor its almost funny.

The media could not be loaded.  Amazon dropped the ball on this seller. 90 day return policy is a joke and seller knows how to work the system. Took me 30 days to schedule a plumber to install after installation relived the hot water didn’t work nor did the back of the toilet get wet when flushing. Tried to exchange the toilet seller never provided return label. Expected me to pay to send back, Amazon said I should’ve reported the problem within 30 days even though return stated 90. Definitely buy from American based company and spend more on name brand. WASTE OF $

Never order this product! Incorrect specs with multiple options not functioning. The worse issue is the customer service by a third party! Very slow response and without offering any solution or compensation! Unfortunately, Amazon customer services do not interfere and basically, you are buying a product from an unknow supplier out of US with no support.
