It doesn't delute with essential oil and water. What is the best ratio for making body spray or lotion?

I don't know if it possible to make a spray, since the glycerine so thick. It would have to be diluted quite a bit. If you have already tried the oil & water maybe a baby oil could be a possible option.

Can this be used for moss and lichen preservation?

I wouldn’t need it as a preservative it’s more of a humectant.
