I can't say enough about the great customer service that this company has provided to me. I purchased this recliner in April 2021, and it worked fine until April 2023, one of the welded brackets broke and the chair was looped side and you could not recliner in it. We had to put supports under the chair just to be able to sit in it. Overall, the chair itself is very nice and comfortable and the USB ports are so handy.I was going to trash the chair and buy a new one but while trying to decide what to buy, I placed my 3 star review. I was contacted by the seller a couple times before I replied, but oh what great joy for me that I did. They expressed concern for my problem, they asked for pictures of the broken piece and they offered to replace the base, even though I did not buy the warranty. I can tell you, I thought it was a joke, they offered to send me a new base at no cost to me. Yes, I accepted.They kept me informed of the shipping and it arrived in a timely manner and the chair is operational again. Thank you to the seller. Of course, this chair shows the regular wear and tear on the headrest because the type of material but without any hesitation, I would buy from this seller again and I would highly recommend them.And let me say this is the easiest recliner chair that I have ever assembled. Luckily for me I kept the paperwork from the original purchase which showed me where the release tabs were located, without that, i would have been lost. So, the only suggestion I would give, is to include assembly instructions.

As my father ages, getting out of a chair is getting harder and harder. Plus he naps there and never puts his feet up so they are starting to swell. Enter the MCombo lift chair. This thing is awesome. It came in two large boxes, just open them up, maybe 5 minutes to assemble ( we found the instructions after we finished ) plug in a few things, hit the power button and take it for a ride.It's smooth. It's pleasantly slow. It's very comfortable. My father is 6' 1" so the lift height was important as was the footrest length. Both are spot on. The seat has a good depth, but not too much. The fake leather looks fine. The best part is just two buttons to operate. Up and down. So it's easy for him to use it and remember which button does what. "Sit DOWN" or "Stand UP" and there he goes. I'm very pleased with this chair and he loves it. I feel better about him napping in it, not too stiff but just enough padding and his feet are raised up. It has USB ports on the side which can make charging his phone a bit easier but I'd rather him get off his butt to do that.Overall: I can't believe how nice this is with these features for this kind of money. I mean, it's not fine furniture, but exactly what we were looking for. We go the fake leather so it would be easy to clean. Highly recommend. The only problem you'll have is choosing from the billion different versions they offer.

The chair was easy to put together, comfortable. My husband is 7 ft so the seat was not long enough for him; however, the height/back rest is perfect. I wish the lift/recline mechanism ran a little faster. He loves his chair!

We chose this chair for it's large size including the exteneded foot rest, it's blue yinyl upholstery. The assembly is easy, but it helps to have two people, especially to move and unpack the boxes. The moter is quiet and the action is smooth.The chair seems very sturdy and is an excellent value - we bought it on sale.

First, let me say that the chair fits my 6'2" father perfectly. My father had a bad back injury, so I bought him two of these chairs for the house. My goals were simple, and the chair delivered on all of them:1. Help him to transition to and from a standing position2. Be comfortable for him to recline and sleep in since his bed wasn't helping3. A very smooth motion, so it wouldn't agitate his already bad back.4. Ergonomic enough for him to spend long hours in the chair comfortablyThis MCombo chair was all of these and more. It is smooth and quiet as it transitions. It looks more costly than it is, and the controls are as simple as it gets: just two buttons. Cup holders, USB chargers, and even a tasteful lumbar support pillow. All of these conveniences were bonuses.As happy as I was with the chairs, I was even happier with the customer support. One of the chairs arrived with a small defect, and MCombo quickly shipped a replacement. The customer service rep was kind and understanding of my situation. I am probably going to buy at least one more of these for my mom in the next few months because I am so happy with it, and then my parents could enjoy television side by side.

I bought this due to me having a back injury. I thought it would help my back. I had more pain when I was in the recliner and could not sit in it no longer than an hour. As everyone knows 715.00 later you own the product because shipping it back is to expensive for someone on a fixed income. Very sad that they don't offer at this price a return for free. Especially when it hurts you more to try to relax in the chair. CONTACTING the seller you are unable to do. They have preselection topics. I am sure for a normal person this chair would be okay but, not for a person with a back injury. I guess I am stuck with the chair because I thought they would have paid for the return shipping since they offered a 30 day return policy. I will never buy again from this company or this brand due to this. Now I out 715.00 for this chair and now I have to wait on another 2 or 3 months to save up again and try another brand or shop at a local store. I am so disappointed with Amazon, this company, and the company that makes it because of the return shipping issue. S. Dodson
