Works perfectly in Shark RV101AE
My shark sometimes gets lost on its way back to the dock and we may not find it quickly, needless to say the battery did not hold up well. My shark Shark IQ Robot Self-Empty XL RV101AE was only a year old so I didn't want to buy a new one. Decided to change the battery to see if that would work and it is working perfectly now.

Comes with note! This is not wrong battery as it has dual plugs

Battery will not charge after 3 charges
Battery arrived fine. It was easy to install. However after 3 charges, it would nolonger charge. I have uninstalled and reinstalled however I can not get the battery to accept a charge. It has me been 31 days since it was delivered. One would expect the life of a battery to be greater than 31 days.

Dead after 6 months
Bought it to replace my dying OEM battery. Waited about a year after purchase to replace it. Last barely 6 months.

This battery made the vacuum run better than the original battery. It’s easy to replace.

Battery does work even though it has more connections then needed for my Shark Robot. Simply plugged in the corresponding plug and left extra one loose.

Bad customer service
I bought it. It didn’t fit. I returned it to the right place. And they said they never got it and they’re not giving me my money back and it’s been many times. I’ve been trying to get it. I wouldn’t deal with these people anymore.
