We love this set to give as birthday gifts. But have also used them for tye-dying parties. The plastic totes these bottles come in are durable and do a nice job keeping the the bottles organized, but can be re-used once the tye-dye is gone. The dyes are nice quality and come in a variety of colors, and the bottles are very handy in getting the colors distributed. Great functionality. The bottles are also bigger than what we were expecting.

This item is amazing, And more than I could expect. I had to order it last minute because Walmart doesn't accept tap.Pay and after shopping there for over an hour.I had to leave all my birthday gifts behind. This came the very next day which was a life saver and inside was more than I expected with gloves multiple rubber bands different ideas and even a tarp.. I've tye dyed for years and I have to say this is the favorite kit for the price i've bought.

Love the TULIP products!! They're a great One-Step starter dye, if you're new to Tie Dye. I started up a Tie Dye Business this year and I ONLY use TULIP Dye's for Business!! These are only the 2oz size bottles, but they work great for cool ans easy projects!! DyeMeARainbow

These kits are great! The kits come with everything you need to tie dye. The packaging includes a plastic box with a snap on top, it makes transporting and storing super easy! We used these kits for a preschool end of year party and the final products turned out great! The colors were vibrant and washed up great too!

So I bought this kit for a group of us to tie-dye t-shirts, it worked pretty well except for two things. 1. After your tie rubber bands around your shirt, before applying the tie-dye, have a bucket of cool water with a drop or two of vinegar in it to dunk the shirts in and then pull them out and squeeze some of the water back in the bucket before applying colors. 2. The colors in this kit were pretty good, however, I don't think we needed 3 shades of red, only one bottle of orange, and we didn't use any black at all. The colors could have been more evenly bottled with an exception for cobalt or royal blue, ditch the black and put another bottole of that and ditch one of the reds and give another orange. One more thing, the kit says it comes with 18 colors, we only got 16 bottles. We didn't use 3-4 bottles at all with 10 of us tie-dying, but I would buy a kit from Tulup again, I might look for one that doesn't have black. I hope this info helps others in the future.

The size of the dye is as expected. Was able to dye 16 kid shirts and 3 adult shirts with dye left over. Colors are very vibrant. There was a good variety of colors. Great quality and value for your money. The bottle size was nice for little hands.

I am an art teacher and continue to buy this for field day every year! Lots of color options! Includes gloves, plastic to put down to protect the surface and rubber bands!
