So far nothing to dislike about the product. Will update after a month.The can contains 30 packets. I tasted both products and honestly I prefer to drink it straight in powder form than mixing it with water it does taste strong but not overpowering if you have tried chewable vitamins or tums it gives off that kind of taste but in powder berry form kinda citrusy. Lets see the results after a month, Im a woman on my early 30's and I heard of collagen benefits and its better to start it now than later so let's see how this one goes since its my first time trying it.Update: 1month of use.It helped on my complexion I would say I dont get pimples as often as I used to before my period I normally get 3 to 5 a week or 2 weeks prior now im getting only 1 or 2. Digestive health, since it claims some probiotic benefits I didnt notice as much but will continue to observe I just ordered another since I do enjoy drinking it one during the day and one for the night.

I have 3 stars. I think they should say where they source the fish. I ended up using them. Taste is tolerable. You are supposed to use b4 bed. I did notice a glow in face. I was grossed out when I read they use tilapia. I’m not sure where it’s sourced but the United States doesn’t have high standards regarding food, supplements etc and they farm the fish in disgusting conditions
