toy worked as expected but the box it came in looked like somebody was playing soccer with it. talk to your package handlers

Great toy
This is great for toddlers who love Blues Clues. The best part is that it plays the song from the show. My little one dances to it.EDIT: the guitar started glitching & getting stuck singing 1 line over & over no matter which mode you put it on. It could be a battery issue but I don’t know.

It DOES play all the sounds!
Everyone saying it doesn't play all the sounds are wrong. There is a switch on the back for On, Off, and Try Me. When the guitar is in Try Me mode, all the buttons do the same thing. You have to switch it to On for it to work correctly. There is a little bit of a tinny noise, but it doesn't bother my two year old.
