This lowered my LDL significantly.
I was following a Keto diet and my total cholesterol and LDL skyrocketed.02/08/23 - total cholesterol 293 HDL - 60 LDL - 206 Trig - 6908/03/23 - total cholesterol 211 HDL - 55 LDL - 139 Trig - 73This was also combined with a lifestyle changes, I replaced butter with olive oil, red meat for chicken, more veggies more fruit. And whole grain carbs. I firmly believe this combination helped me reduce my cholesterol significantly.

Missing Capsule
One thing that I want to point out about this product. I already have three bottles opened and each has only 59 capsules in it while the label on the bottle states 60 capsules. Regarding the effectiveness, I took this to reduce my cholestrol and I can't testify that at this point since I have not done any blood test yet after taking this for two months. One thing I can say is I don't experience any side effect from taking this supplement.

LOVE THIS BERGAMOT FROM DOUBLE WOOD!
I was so happy to find that Double Wood offers a bergamot product. I have added it to my anti-aging regimen to mimic a fasting state and prompt autophagy. It's also great to keep cholesterol levels in check. I use several Double Wood products and love them all. Always safe and effective product at the right price.
