Melissa & DougBlue's Clues & You! Hand & Finger Puppets (5 Pieces)

I have a sister with special learning disabilities, and recently, she's come across Blue's Clues episode online (with Steve), and she loves to sing and dance to the songs, which she has never done with other shows before. We joke around copying Blue say "po po paw," so I thought a Blue puppet would be much more fun and set this apart from her other plush toys. She is more of a Steve fan, so she keeps asking where's Steve, so I tell her he's in college. I do wish other characters were available, but this is such great value for five characters, and they all seem high quality. On-sale on Amazon, I was able to get this for less than two dollars per character puppet! To be honest, with the quality of the puppets, I'm surprised it doesn't cost more. The original price is definitely still worth paying for these.I think Mrs. Salt and Mr. Pepper look just like their animated counterparts. Blue looks like he had an extra piece of fabric above his nose, and I wish Josh was bigger than Blue and Magenta and actually had a separate guitar piece or take it off altogether as it's hard for his hands to "play" the guitar.

These are so cute, I was hoping my daughter would love them but she didn’t, maybe she’s not into blues clues as I thought she was. They do what they’re meant too.

These Blues clues puppet are really well made. They include Blue, Josh, magenta, salt and pepper. Mr. Salt and Mrs pepper are finger puppets. They are great for imaginative play and puppets shows. My daughter likes to use them when watching the show too. Definitely a wonderful addition to the blues clues collection. Highly recommend.

These are so cute. Great for ages 1 and up. They keep them entertained and laughing.

We purchased this for our great granddaughter who was born in September. Her parents are enjoying playing with these with her!

As a decades long story time leader, I have used and enjoyed many a puppet! Melissa & Doug is a great company that produces quality toys for kids and they have done it once again with this puppet collection. Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper are the stars of the group. They are finger puppets and perfect re-creations of the television characters. They are also incredibly soft and snuggable. Blue, Magenta, and Josh are the hand puppets and I was glad to find that they were big enough to fit my adult hand. All of these provide opportunity for hand movement but no mouth movement. I just really wish they would have given Blue and Magenta snouts even if they didn't include mouth movement. Their flattened faces take away from their charm. Still, young Blues Clues fans will find these puppets to be tons of fun and their quality construction will ensure that they will be around for years to come.

Bought these for my 2 yo grandson and he loves them! They are perfect - good size, well made, easy to get hands into for loads of story puppet time, etc. excellent gift and quality. Well priced too!
