Item doesn't fit my tap .want return and refund . Problem is now they have replacement only . How will I get my money back ?

Very good result as it is giving reduced flow saving water yet soft shower for complete washing experience without splashing on our clothes. But, I have to compromise a bit on the look of my kitchen faucet because something attached to it has spoiled the overall look of the sink tap. Nevertheless, we are very happy to use it as it is more purposeful than the look.P.S: we can clean the inner strainer by opening the bottom cover, but if you try to open the sink tap without the bottom cover, it will blow out all the inner parts from the upper part into pieces, will make it hard to fix it back as you don't know how. So never try to open the sink tap during such activity and only use some other tap if you happen to clean the strainer.

The net is very light weight, not strong enough and we can not use a spanner to make it tight because the net getting damaged very quickly. Also, swings very flexible not able to fix it at one position. So, I would not recommend this product.Pros: The water spray is good.

Good for sink

The media could not be loaded.  Not sure what will fix this. They give us a conversion screw but the groove of the screw wears off with a few turns. Despite using washer and all sides of the pipe fit properly there will be a leak. It has fallen off so many times.

Helps to save water . Highly recommended for homes .
