Style over substance
The shower head holder looks very nice however the tightening mechanism leaves a lot to be desired. Several times I have had to loosen the thumb screw with a pair of pliers as it had become too tight to undo by hand. The issue is that if the shower head is tilted it has the effect of tightening the mechanism which then becomes too tight do undo
