I have chronic pain, neuropathy, restless leg, and muscle spasm issues, and am a year post surgery for a 2 level discectomy with vertabrae fusion in my neck. I ordered this thing because I've been struggling with keeping my pain levels low enough to do what I need and want to do at work and at home, and it did not disappoint! It is amazing! I love that it plugs in (no batteries to wear out), it's pretty quiet (quieter than an electric toothbrush, for sure!), has different heads to attach, and oh yeah- it WORKS! I use it on my shoulders, arms, neck, back, feet, legs- even my hands briefly when they're bad! My teenage son uses it a lot, too, for general soreness and because it's so relaxing. This thing is GREAT! Cannot recommend enough!

Plenty of tips for different types of massages. It includes a book that goes over what each tip is best for. I invite you to read it if you get this. Multiple times it runs for an hour or more, sometimes it gets warm. The only weak point is where the power cord connects to the end. Eventually the wire inside has been bent and twisted so much that it decides to go out. I have had a couple do that, but I gladly buy another one because they are worth it. Treat yourself and get something that you can use to relax.

Was really looking forward to using this product. It arrived in good time and in as new condition, appears to be excellent quality but unable to use as it's a 12O volt item with an American plug configuration and does not include a step down transformer for use in Australia. Uneconomical to return due to weight. International buyer beware!
