Worth of money
Product is very good but hand rest made of thin plastic.but over all is a good product.

I have been using a model of this chair for past 3 years, never had any issues. The durability and comfort it offers in this budget are the reasons why I recently decided to make the same choice again.

Pathetic service by Cellbell.. don't buy this product. Quality is very poor.
The wheels of the chair doesn't work properly. Even after the multiple follow up with the customer care, nobody responds. Waste of money and pathetic service. Please don't buy the products of Cellbell for which no warranty. Better to buy a product from well known company who atleast responds to the complaint raised. Please don't buy this product looking at shark tank participants. Worst of worst service and no one cares after selling the product even after the multiple follow up with the customer care.. there is no option to give less than one star to this product otherwise would have selected the same..

I expected a comfortable and flawless chair but this is just okay.Got it at a very good priceBut it is not greatly comfortableCustomer service is just okay which needs to improve greatlyInstallation was not simpleMissing screwsSpare parts needed change as the original was defectiveWheels were defective, new are not that great to be very honestChair mechanism had to be replaced and received a damaged oneBut all the above is subjective.May be they have sent bad chair to the rural area considering no one will raise any complaints
