Jar doesn't heat much even at the highest setting. Wax isn't great either.

The wax heater was already used scratches present on the bottom of box .the seal of the box was broken

In my case I got the broken heater it's upper tin handle was broken and the quality was also poor ,still I would manage that but the worst thing was the wax was not melting from last one and half hour, the consistency of the wax was same as before.I would have not given the 1star also but left with no choice other than that
