Loved it
2 things that i should point out which I'm probably nitpicking 1) Font is a little small. 2) Since its for kids the stories are told very engagingly, but simplistically. Which is fine if that's what you are looking for. Other than the above its a lovely book. The pages are great, illustrations are beautiful. It is so much fun to flip through and land on a region to explore its unique stories. Would recommend it to anyone who loves stories.

Beautiful and fact-filled
This is a wonderful book, good for children and adults alike. I find the drawings beautiful, and the essentials of the twelve cosmogonies very well presented. An excellent starting book to investigate mythologies that you don't know well and a useful and fun atlas for the ones you know. I'd love a second book with some of the mythologies that are missing : Babylonian, Australian Aboriginal, Bushman, Siberian, Finno-ugrian ...

Myth Atlas Review
This is a BRILLIANT book for kids up to the age of 100. My nephews and nieces love the stories, the fantasy of unknown worlds and weird and wonderful characters accompanied by beautiful illustrations. Kids love to be able to tell you tales that are "secrets", and their imaginations go wild when they read about monsters and mythology. Funny and fact-filled - it's as if Nickelodeon made The Iliad after eating a ton of Haribo on a fun day out. Serpents and Sun-Gods, and worlds of wonder are a treat for kids and adults alike. Perfect present for all ages - and super brownie points for anyone who buys this for them. It's brilliant and coffee table worthy. Everyone who picks it up becomes addicted immediately!

Amazing book for 8 year old
Amazing book, my son loves this book he reads it regularly and we have great discussions abouth all the myths, it's so well done, great illustrations and good info.
