Absolutely phenomenal product — the Shock Doctor Compression Shorts with Protective Bio-Flex Cup have exceeded all of my expectations. As someone who plays competitive hockey and occasionally dabbles in baseball and martial arts, I've gone through several brands of compression shorts and protective cups, but nothing has come close to the comfort, quality, and peace of mind these provide.The compression shorts themselves are top-notch. The fit is snug without being restrictive, and the moisture-wicking fabric keeps everything dry even during intense, sweat-heavy sessions. They stay in place remarkably well—no awkward shifting or bunching up, which is something I've struggled with in other brands. The material breathes well, so I never feel overheated or suffocated down there.Now, let’s talk about the Bio-Flex cup—this thing is a game-changer. The design is brilliant: it has a flexible perimeter that moves with your body while the solid core provides incredible impact protection. It’s vented too, which makes a huge difference in comfort and airflow. I’ve taken some solid hits during sparring and never once felt unsafe. It’s also easy to remove and clean, which is a bonus.

Bought for training and a tournament after some friends recommended. Am happy to say it did its job and I will continue to use. The fit isn't too bad, more comfortable than alternative products/brands I have used in the past. After washes, seems fine. Cup easy to put in/take out between use. Great value product.

I'm 5ft 9.5", 195lbsThe material has the perfect amount of stretchiness, compression (ideal, and not too much), it's got heavy duty stitching, it's very comfortable, and I absolutely love the sturdy, wide waistband.My only concern is with the shape of the cup and how far it protrudes.I will be wearing it under a karate Gi, so we'll see. If I was wearing anything else I would look for a new cup.

I'm 5'8, 230lbs and I ordered an XL thinking I would need the room. They fit great, but I should have gone with a L for the extra tightness. When wearing the cup, which was super comfy btw, because the lycra wasn't as tight as it should have been, the cup tended to move sideways - not what you want your cup to do! This is not the manufactory, it's because I should have gone L - that extra tightness would prevent the cup from moving. I've reordered in a size L. Get the right size for you and you'll love it!

Lets be real, no part of wearing an athletic cup is going to be considered "comfortable". However, these compression shorts were a game changer. They fit snug, no worrying about the cup sliding and they are a very comfortable material. Inserting and removing the cup is a breeze and they are super durable. I really like the length as well. I bought this for MMA classes and having them as additional coverage during rolls was more than welcome!

These briefs are extremely comfortable and I was able to play in 90 degrees outside for more than 4 hours. It's nice and snug.

You wish. I’m a decent size but it doesn’t fit snug in the pouch. im better off just wearing two briefs with the cup stuffed in between. Now it has protected me from nut shots but it shift a bit too much as they intended to sell it. It’s just Not comfortable,
