Q: what is the exterior diameter and interior diameter sizes of the tubing?

The smallest(yellow) is 1/8 inch interior with 1 1/8 inch diameter. The largest(blue) is 3/8 inch interior with 1 3/8 inch exterior. Hope this helps.

Q: How stable is the pen/pencil when using this?

I have not used the tubes for pencils. I have arthritis so I use them to open and shut my blinds. Works great.

Q: looking for one that is 36 inch long and 3/4 inch width outer size diameter and can u glue then togther to make them long if not have 36 long?

I don't know the answer. I think glue will not work.
